The Fetching Scales for Feebas event runs from August 13 at 5:00 a.m. to August 28 at 4:59 a.m. local time. It gives you a chance to collect swimming-themed furniture and, if you build the right habitat, keep both Feebas and Milotic in town for good.

This event is available in the main game only. It does not run on Bubbly Basin or Cloud Islands.

How to get started

Head to any rebuilt Pokemon Center. Feebas will be waiting out front. Talk to it to kick things off. Once you do, you will receive requests to collect Prism Scales throughout the event period.

Prism Scales are found on Dream Islands, so keep visiting them regularly while the event is active.

What you can exchange Prism Scales for

Turn in your Prism Scales to receive swimming-themed furniture items, including:

• Volleyball net
• Beach umbrella
• Outdoor light
• Life preservers
• Cooler

These are the pieces you need for the Feebas and Milotic habitats, so collecting as many scales as you can is worth it.

Attracting Feebas and Milotic

Build habitats using the event furniture and both Feebas and Milotic can move in as permanent roommates, even after the event ends.

Feebas is the easier one to attract. Milotic, its evolution, requires a more complete setup, so aim to collect the full furniture set rather than just a few pieces.

If you already have habitats built using regular swimming or water-side furniture, it is worth checking whether those count once the event furniture details are confirmed in-game.

Tips

• Talk to Feebas at the Pokemon Center as soon as the event starts so you do not miss any early scale requests.
• Visit Dream Islands often during the two-week window since scales are found there, not in your town.
• Build the habitat before the event ends. You do not need to wait until after August 28 to move Feebas or Milotic in.
• The event does not affect your Bubbly Basin or Cloud Islands saves, so you can still work on those normally.
