You can now plan every detail of a house before you build it in-game.

Here is what you can do:

• Build a 1 or 2-floor house and assign up to 4 residents across both floors
• Mark a house as built once it is actually done in-game (keep track of which houses are yet to be built)
• Track which residents have actually moved in, one by one (so you know which Pokemon you're waiting for)
• Everything saves to your account and syncs across devices
