Where to find Volcanion

Fire crafted Fireworks from a Cannon during a party in Rocky Ridges to make Volcanion appear.

Complete the main story objectives in Rocky Ridges where Volcanion first makes a cameo at the top of the volcano. This unlocks the Cannon and Fireworks recipes.
Craft the Cannon (1 iron ingot, 1 lumber, 1 vine rope) and the Fireworks (1 Poké Metal, 1 sturdy stick, 1 glowing stone, 1 paint; crush ingredients with a Pokémon like Onix for the paint).
Set up a party area in Rocky Ridges with 5 Pokémon including Chef Dente, then raise the mood to 100 with DJ Rotom and items placed around the area.
Cook the curry and wait for the party to start.
Load the Fireworks into the Cannon and fire them off. Volcanion will appear and ask to join your town.
