Encountered automatically during the main story. Kyogre cannot be housed and will only visit occasionally.

1. Complete the "Yawn up a Storm!" main request in the Withered Wasteland by raising the area's humidity.
2. Kyogre appears off the coast near the beach by the caves and registers in your Pokédex via a cutscene.
3. After the story, watch for the notification "You sense a large presence coming from the ocean..." for random visits.
4. Check coastal waters near the Withered Wasteland beach, Pallet Town, or Bleak Beach when the message appears.
