Pokopia items fall into several groups, and most players encounter them in the wrong order: they need something for a build, look it up, and then discover they have been sitting on three of them without knowing.

• Food and giftsItems Pokémon request or respond to when you visit.
• Building materialsLumber, stone, clay, vine rope. The raw stuff you gather and craft from.
• DecorationsFurniture, signs, fences. Items placed in habitats and builds.
• Climate gearItems that set or reinforce the climate type of a habitat.
• Special-purposeEvent exclusives, DLC materials, late-game crafting ingredients.

The game does show you an inventory, but it is organised for quick in-session access, not for sitting down and auditing what you have collected across several weeks of play. That is the gap the checklist fills.

The Item Checklist shows every item in Pokopia as a filterable list. Tap one to tick it. Tick everything you own, leave the rest unticked, and you have a persistent record of your collection that follows you between sessions.

Filter by category to work through a section at a time: all food items, all building materials, all climate gear. The search box narrows things further if you are looking for something specific.

Ticking items one at a time across the whole catalogue is not a realistic way to start. The Select all button makes it manageable.

Select all only acts on what is currently showing. Filter to a category first, such as Building Materials, then tap Select all. Every item that matches your filters gets ticked. Untick the handful you are actually missing. That is usually much faster than starting from scratch.

It works in reverse too. If you want to clear a whole category you no longer have, filter to it and tap Select all to untick everything showing. The button toggles between mark-all and clear-all based on the current state of the filtered view.
