Tracking your recipes

A lot of items in Pokopia are not found or bought — they are made. Crafting is a running part of the game, and the recipe list grows with every new area, event, and expansion. Keeping track of which ones you have actually unlocked takes more than memory.

The Recipe Checklist is your personal record of which recipes you know, separate from the items those recipes produce.

Crafting turns gathered materials into finished items

Gathering gives you raw materials: lumber, clay, stone, vines, ore. Crafting turns those into the finished items that habitats, builds, and Pokémon actually use. The two steps are distinct, and a lot of players get stuck at the second one without realising it because they have the materials but not the recipe.

Recipes are unlocked separately from the items themselves. You might have a full stack of ingredients and still not be able to craft the thing you need if you have not learned the recipe for it yet.

Recipes come from several places

Some are available from the start. Others unlock through story progress, area discovery, Pokémon relationships, or event participation. The source depends on the recipe, which is why filtering by game source can help you figure out where to look next.

Mark each recipe as you learn it

The Recipe Checklist shows every craftable item in Pokopia. Each row has a checkbox: tick it when you have learned that recipe in the game. The progress bar at the top tracks how far through the full set you are.

The list works the same way as the Item Checklist: filter by category to work through one group at a time, search by name to find something specific, or filter by game source — Main game, Bubbly Basin, or Events — to focus on what is available to you right now.

Tap any row to open the full recipe card and see exactly what ingredients it requires.

Alphabetical or by category

The Sort toggle at the top switches between alphabetical and grouped-by-category view. Category view groups all food recipes together, all building material recipes together, and so on — useful when you want to knock out a whole section in one sitting.

The Check all trick for bulk marking

Ticking recipes one at a time from a blank slate is slow. Check all makes it manageable: it acts only on the items currently visible after your filters, not the whole list.

Filter to a category you have mostly completed, tap Check all, then untick the handful you are still missing. Or filter to Missing to see only what you have not learned yet, narrow it to a category, and use Check all to mark the ones you pick up in a single session.

The button toggles: if everything in the filtered view is already marked, it becomes Uncheck all. Useful if your progress data ever drifts out of sync with the game.

Syncs with your account

Recipe checklist state saves locally straight away and syncs to your account when you are signed in. Open on desktop, pick up on mobile, and your marks are there.

Filter. Check all. Untick the gaps.

Start with a category you have mostly cleared, mark everything in it, and work toward the ones you still need.
